The Instrumentation and Systems Division of the BAIE member NTE was bought at the beginning of October by the BAIE member SENER, which has created the company NTE-SENER SA.

The Systems Division of NTE, bought at the beginning of October by the BAIE member SENER, undertakes all the space-related activities of the company. With this operation and with the creation of NTE-SENER, SENER reinforces its capabilities in systems for human spaceflight, astronomy and science and biomedical systems.
